During your 45-minute session you'll sit comfortably inside the Sunlighten mPulse® sauna while infrared wavelengths gently warm your body. Expect guided program selection, optional towel and water, soothing heat, light perspiration, and post-session cooling time with recommendations for aftercare.

Infrared therapy is safe for most healthy individuals, but certain conditions—pregnancy, active infection, uncontrolled high blood pressure, implanted electronic devices—may require precautions. Please consult your physician and inform our staff before booking so we can tailor or recommend appropriate alternatives.

Frequency depends on goals: for detox and recovery, 1–3 sessions weekly for several weeks; for maintenance or sleep support, weekly to biweekly sessions. Our staff will suggest a personalized schedule during consultation based on your health goals and response to treatment.

Mild fluid loss through sweating can occur, so hydrate before and after your session. We provide water and recommend drinking extra fluids and replenishing electrolytes if needed. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals immediately before treatment for optimal comfort and results.

Infrared sessions can support metabolic processes by raising core temperature and increasing heart rate similar to moderate exercise. Combined with diet and exercise, it may assist weight management, but it's not a standalone weight-loss solution.

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing or use the provided towel wrap; many prefer minimal clothing for better exposure. Bring a water bottle, and leave jewelry or electronics outside the sauna. We'll provide lockers, towels, and post-session guidance.
