The Ultimate Unwind includes a choice of beverage, a luxury body scrub, a detoxifying body wrap, a full-body massage and a customized facial. Lunch is provided with at least 24 hours advance notice. Package duration is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes at $495.
We recommend booking The Ultimate Unwind at least 72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Please note lunch requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice; we’ll call to confirm details and timings after booking.
Yes — The Ultimate Unwind can be arranged for two guests. Please inform us when booking so we can coordinate treatment rooms, therapists and lunch preferences. Additional fees or schedule adjustments may apply; we’ll confirm arrangements during our pre-appointment call.
Certain conditions may restrict treatments — including recent surgery, pregnancy (some modalities), uncontrolled hypertension, active infections, deep vein thrombosis, or open wounds. Please disclose medical history during booking. Our therapists will assess suitability and may request physician clearance or modify services as needed.
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and relax. Avoid heavy meals and alcohol beforehand, wear comfortable clothing, and remove jewelry. Bring relevant medical notes or skincare concerns. Communicate preferences and sensitivities so therapists can tailor each treatment.
To avoid fees, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Shorter notice or no-shows may incur charges. If you need to change plans, contact us as soon as possible; we’ll review options during the confirmation call.
