The Onboarding session is one hour. Within that time we conduct assessments, discuss goals, and develop a personalized plan. If additional testing or detailed materials are needed, we may schedule follow-up appointments.

Yes. Our clinicians review medical history and current medications to tailor safe, effective plans. We coordinate with your healthcare providers as needed and may request medical clearance for specific interventions.

You’ll receive tailored nutrition guidance and sample meal suggestions as part of your plan. Detailed, customized meal plans can be provided on request, considering preferences, allergies, and specific goals.

We set measurable milestones and use regular check-ins, measurements, food and activity logs, and wellbeing surveys. Plans are adjusted based on data and client feedback to ensure steady, sustainable progress.

Yes. We offer virtual Onboarding and follow-ups for convenience and continuity. Remote sessions include assessments, goal setting, and digital plan delivery. In-person visits are recommended for certain measurements when needed.
